This gentle method heats the milk to 145 degrees F for 30 minutes and preserves the natural minerals, proteins and health benefits in the milk, while ensuring that the natural flavor of the milk is maintained. Real milk from real cows, raised on a multi-generational farm and presented to you with the cream on top. This milk is perfect for making your own butter, yogurt or ice cream, perhaps even in your coffee or tea, or just in a glass by itself.

Eggs - Happy free range hens lay nutrient rich eggs. You’ll see the difference when you crack open a Sky Valley Fresh egg. The flavor and color makes any omelet, or pancake spectacular!

Beef - Indulge in our farm raised beef, fed on 100% home raised feed. Full of flavor, our Sky Valley beef reflects our commitment to sustainable and ethical farming practices that begins with taking care of the land, animals and environment. Custom beef shares or USDA cuts are available from our family to yours!
